Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.Inform patient and family goals and progress.Maintain a full-time caseload that may include children and families receiving services through insurance, school-based services, consultation, or private pay models of service delivery.May supervise students.Skills, Qualifications, and Certifications/Licensure RequirementsCurrent license from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist Assistant OR eligible to sit for the exam.
License must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.Professional writing skills that include the ability to reflect medical necessity in documentation and communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team as well as other stakeholders in a child's plan of care.Time management skills necessary to meet clinic requirements for clinician efficiency as well as documentation and billing timeframes.
