About the role:
* Reception duties – meet and greet clients coming into the office
* Answering phones and responding to email enquiries
* Managing keys for maintenance
* Assisting with any admin required from the property management team
* Maintaining the office and ordering stationary
About you:
* Experience in real estate is not essential, attitude and passion are more important.
* Reception or customer service experience preferred
* Must be a confident communicator on the phone and face to face, being able to build rapport and help clients
* Strong attention to details and excellent computer skills
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Benefits:
* Salary $55,000 to $60,000 + Super, depending on experience
