Roof Force is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to join our team in Balcatta, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring exceptional service and support for our valued clients.You will manage and evaluate customer service and after-sales/ongoing projects, while maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients.
