Job Title: Head Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen team at The Sporting Globe in Robina, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver high-quality food within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Maintain solid kitchen operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Deliver food and service to The Sporting Globe standards, adhering to Australian legal requirements.
* Lead, train, and develop a team to ensure high-quality food production.
* Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
* Energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic.
* Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business.
* Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (desired but not essential).
