About the role You will support all Risk & Compliance activities to ensure appropriate coverage is maintained and service is delivered. This may include (but not limited to): Assist in implementing PWM's Risk Management Framework and relevant frameworks, programs, systems, tools and policies. Support the PWM's Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCO) in maintaining and implementing the Financial Crime Frameworks. Assist in ensuring PWM adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Assist in conducting reviews to verify compliance procedures are followed as appropriate. Assist in ensuring that PWM complies with regulatory requirements, including reporting requirements to AUSTRAC. Assist in conducting thorough risk assessments. Update compliance policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements and best practices. Assist in the coordination of PWM's response to relevant regulatory/legislative change initiatives. Work closely with various departments to assist in integrating compliance and risk management into all business processes. About you 2+ years in compliance, risk or legal roles. Financial services experience essential. Excellent communicator and relationship manager. Knowledge on Financial Crime Compliance requirements within financial services industry is highly desirable. Knowledge on FATCA/CRS requirement. Some operational or enterprise risk management experience within a financial services environment. Good written and oral communication.
