The Opportunity
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting Vivi’s Sales and CSM teams by management of orders, quoting and agreement processes, as well as optimizing data and reporting to facilitate achievement of department objectives.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities
CRM deal and contact creation when orders received
Create and send quotes for customers and prospects
Ensure Customer Agreements are current and up to date
CRM Database augmentation (research prospects and enter into CRM)
CRM Hygiene – ensure clean contact and company data in CRM (update contact info, remove duplicates etc).
Create reports/lists of customers for the ANZ sales team to do targeted campaigns
Create reports and dashboards in HubSpot for sales and activity tracking
Assist sales and CSM team with general administrative activities (i.e. password resets)
Process hardware returns/repairs and swaps
Support to the wider Operations team (ie when team goes on leave etc, back up for processing orders)
This position is expected to be 100% on-site
Required Skills
Highly organized and detail orientated
Positive can-do attitude, no task is too big or too small
Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
Experience working with MS Office Suite and MS Excel in particular is essential
Experience with HubSpot is advantageous
