About the role You'll assist in running engaging programs and daily care routines, ensuring each child feels valued and supported. Your role will involve maintaining a safe space, following health and safety protocols, and working closely with the team to supervise and protect the children from harm.
You'll also contribute to program planning, complete reports, and participate in regular team meetings. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and growing your skills, this role is for you!
Who are we looking for?
1 year of experience working in a similar role.
Demonstrated supervision skills.
Demonstrated experience communicating in a range of contexts.
Knowledge and understanding of childhood development and programming for children.
An understanding of Children’s Services Regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the My Time Our Place Framework.
Demonstrated experience in implementing quality improvement through and evaluating routines.
Ability to undertake computing tasks.
Additional Requirements
A current Drivers licence.
Current NSW working with children’s check prior to commencement.
