About the role
As the Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth through strategic and consultative client management. Reporting to the Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver the commercial retail strategy across our diverse retail portfolio. This is your chance to devise innovative strategies, create commercialised activations, and maximise revenue opportunities with new and existing partners.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to
* Identify, establish, and maintain key strategic pop-up spaces within the terminal for brands and organisations, enhancing the customer and retail experience.
* Drive sales revenue, remove obstacles, and lead negotiations to win new opportunities.
* Develop comprehensive strategies to achieve core KPIs and deliver incremental revenue across T1 International Terminal and Domestic T2 and T3 Terminals.
* Lead the delivery of retail activations across terminals, setting priorities, and aligning goals with key business units.
* Actively seek opportunities to understand and improve customer behaviour, audience segmentation, and terminal knowledge.
* Work closely with the client and sales team to design, implement, and deliver tailored activations across multiple passenger touchpoints.
* Assist in creating, managing, and refining site-specific documentation with stakeholders in design, tenancy delivery, contracts, retail leasing, operations, and finance.
* Lead a high-performance approach to ensure successful activation delivery.
* Collaborate with all functions of the operations group to ensure smooth delivery for brand partners.

You should have extensive experience in media, business development, or sales, ideally within a retail environment. Your strategic and visionary thinking will enable you to implement innovative solutions, and your knowledge of retail and advertising business dynamics will set you apart. We need an effective communicator with strong negotiation skills, capable of maintaining relationships and influencing key stakeholders. Strong report writing, financial analysis, and leadership abilities are essential for delivering financial success and enhancing customer service management.
