This position is based in Minjilang, a remote community located on Croker Island, West Arnhem Land NT.Responsibilities Implement a locally tailored CDP program based on comprehensive community consultation.Manage and develop CDP employees to the level required to meet the objectives of the program and funding agreement.Ensure all activities and program elements consider individual participants' choices and interests.Responsible for all areas of the management, delivery, and development of participants' activities.Undertake all required administration to support the development and delivery of CDP activities.Ensure that key performance measures are addressed, and that systems and processes are in place to capture and communicate performance.What we are looking for in our candidates... Previous experience working as an Employment Consultant, Activities Coordinator, Site Coordinator or equivalent in the Community Development Program system.Experience working with Aboriginal people in a remote location community.Prior experience working in the Northern Territory.What's in it for you both?
