Role overviewBecome part of this successful and dynamic team as an Engineering Consultant, working across Australia with a range of clients, including many household brands. Develop and grow your engineering and operational skills, with wide-ranging work from efficiency and capital projects to reliability & maintenance.Based in Perth, interstate travel may be required. Role responsibilities Work with our engineering team on consulting and project delivery. Show strong organisational and communication skills and develop your expertise in holistic Project Management and stakeholder engagement. Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors, and effectively influence change. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions. Embrace the dynamic nature of consultancy; this role may involve regular travel, and requires adaptability as we continuously evolve. What you will need to succeed:We are seeking a procurement professional with a high level of drive, and a team player mindset. Engineering degree qualified. 3 years’ experience in Heavy Industry is a must. A proven track record of project delivery and contractor management. Strong financial & commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to develop customer relationships. A good grasp of process engineering and a practical aptitude. Skilled in Excel & Autocad. Strong experience in contractor construction management is an advantage. Experience in consulting is an advantage.
