You'll have the autonomy to steer cases from inception to completion, nurturing invaluable client relationships along the way.Key Responsibilities: Manage litigation cases within the Banking & Finance/Mortgage Recoveries and Insolvency Litigation sectors. Work within NSW court jurisdictions, requiring a valid Australian Practicing Certificate. Deliver client-centric services, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Exercise sound judgment and resolve problems expeditiously. Handle a variety of stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence. What we're looking for: Minimum of 3 years (PAE) in insolvency, debt recovery and/or mortgage recovery litigation. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services. Strong technical skills, particularly in legal drafting and research.
