Job tasks and responsibilities Update Training matrix Creating POs Manage Timesheets & Timesheet registers Update Vehicle Register Accommodation bookings PPE orders and register update Reimbursements Scanning site documents & saving in Project folders Scanning Prestart & Saving/sending to Prestart email Update Register of Laptops/mobiles/iPads Take 5 Counter Register Traffic paperwork when required - printing/scanning/emailing Skills and experience Strong Microsoft Office suite skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Self-starter and able to take the initiative High level Data entry and attention to detail High level of communication skills both written and verbal Experience in the Construction industry favoured but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
