We are looking for a dynamic Master Data Coordinator to join our team in a newly created role. If you're passionate about maintaining the integrity of asset data, developing standards, and building reports for the Heathgate EAMS, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement master data processes, standards, and structures.
* Prepare maintenance reports and ensure data quality and integrity.
* Liaise with change requestors, technical reviewers, and maintenance teams to meet legislative and company standards.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for operational areas and manage Master Data Change Requests.
* Maintain location hierarchy and update asset records, including moves and abandonment.
* Create and update Activity Plans, PM data, and optimize preventative maintenance scheduling.
* Assist in data analysis for monthly reviews and drive continuous improvement in data management.
* Provide support for EAMS functionality, configuration, and cover the maintenance planner as needed.
About You:
Qualifications
* Degree qualification in Maintenance Planning or Data Management; or
Desirable/highly regarded:
* Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
* Graduate Certificate in Data Management
* Data Management Professional certification
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within civil, mining or heavy manufacturing industry.
* Experience in asset management data management systems (such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, CiA).
* Advanced computer and database skills.
Desirable/highly regarded:
* Exposure to maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
* Maintenance experience with mechanical, instrumentation or electrical equipment.
* Understanding of materials, cataloguing, inventory and logistics processes.
* Experience using TechOne CiA.
