The Role:
* The ANZ BD Director will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's reach within enterprise, public sector, and service provider segments.
* Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities for unified communications and collaboration monitoring solutions.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, leveraging direct outreach, marketing-generated leads, and key vendor partnerships with Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Avaya, and Zoom.
* Present tailored solutions that address intricate customer challenges and clearly articulate the value of the company’s product suite.
* Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships to enhance service offerings.
* Lead and manage the BID proposal process to secure new contracts.
* Promote a collaborative and positive team environment that drives success.
* Develop and maintain relationships with technical and managerial stakeholders to establish trust and ensure successful sales outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Legal, and Presales, to accelerate deal cycles and support customer onboarding.
* Contribute to market growth by developing go-to-market strategies and exploring opportunities in key industry verticals.
Ideal Candidate:
* Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
* Expertise in the unified communications, collaboration, and/or infrastructure monitoring sector.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives.
* Exceptional communication abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Highly self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a results-driven environment.
