Preferably based in Adelaide, the Change Manager, Capability & Change is responsible for the design, development and implementation of change initiatives to support continuous process improvement in Mortgage Operations (MO).
How will I help?
With a key focus on building operational capability, you will support key Mortgage Operations projects initiatives through change. You will play to your strengths in design and development of appropriate change strategies and communications to create a pull culture to optimise sustainable change adoption outcomes .
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, Capability and Change, Mortgage Operations, you will possess the full tool kit of change expertise with appropriate change management methodologies, understand processes, strategy development, mastery of change comms, proven stakeholder prowess, and be able to deliver training programs to build capability balancing commercial and customer needs.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying the scope of the change activities, completing assessment of impacts and conducting analysis of affected stakeholder groups to assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders and risks
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure they are ready and willing to accept the change
* Developing change schedules and execution frameworks, identifying appropriate resourcing and costings and the ongoing management on the planned activities
* Enablement of the design, development, delivery and management of key communications to achieve the desired outcomes.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will have significant and demonstrable experience in, and knowledge of the banking and finance industry, underpinned by your knowledge of consumer products and familiarity with change and capability frameworks.
Further advantageous qualities and experience includes:
* Proven experience working in, managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change
* Proven experience working in an agile environment or evidence of the qualities & capabilities needed to be able to work in an interactive, often ambiguous agile environment
* Demonstrated delivery of enhancing employee engagement and improved communication on change initiatives
* A passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ultimately enhancing business performance and our customers’ experience with our product
* Strong strategic thinking, relationship building and influencing skills
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant qualifications in Change Management discipline (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, PROSCI) and/or related field like Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience.
