Our team is growing, and we’re looking for aMarketing Project Manager to join us and ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality.About the Role:We’re looking for aMarketing Project Manager who can take ownership of our project timelines, deliverables and processes. This role will be the bridge between strategy and execution—ensuring that client campaigns and creative work are delivered efficiently, effectively and in alignment with our strategic vision.You’ll report to theHead of Marketing, translating high level marketing plans into actionable project workflows. You’ll be responsible for planning timelines, coordinating tasks across our team (internal and external), and ensuring smooth delivery of creative, paid media and marketing assets.Beyond project execution, you’ll also play a key role inestablishing and refining systems and processes that improve efficiency and help us to scale. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a creative mindset and a passion for marketing, music and live events.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & CoordinationOversee internal end-to-end project management for all client campaigns and creative projects.Work with theHead of Marketing totranslate high level campaign strategies into detailed project plans.Develop and maintaintimelines, task lists and deadlines for all projects using project management tools.Assign tasks and deliverables to our team ofdesigners, video editors, copywriters and media buyers, ensuring clear expectations and timelines.Monitor progress and proactively address any roadblocks or delays.Manage communication betweenclients, internal teams and external contractors to keep everyone aligned.Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Process & Systems DevelopmentIdentifybottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions.Establishtemplates, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repeatable tasks.Work with the Head of Marketing to createclear briefing templates and structured feedback loops for creative assets.Implement and manageproject management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Slack, Zapier) to streamline workflow.Drive aculture of organisation and accountability, ensuring projects are delivered on time, every time.Creative & Marketing CoordinationLiaise with thecreative team (graphic designer, video editor, copywriter) to ensure assets are produced on schedule.Work closely with thepaid media strategist to ensure ads and digital assets are delivered on time.Ensure all campaign assets areformatted correctly, tagged appropriately and ready for deployment across relevant platforms.Maintainclear documentation of deliverables and revisions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Work oncontent calendars, asset approval processes and client review workflows.Client & Internal CommunicationBe thepoint of contact for creative asset timelines with clients and internal teams.Provideregular project updates to internal stakeholders and ensure deliverables align with client goals.Flag potentialrisks, delays, or resourcing issues to leadership proactively.Attendclient meetings when required to clarify deliverables, deadlines and workflowsWho You Are:We’re looking for someone whoIs hyper-organised – You love keeping things structured, on track and running smoothly.Has experience managing creative projects – Ideally in marketing, advertising or the music/events industry.Is comfortable juggling multiple projects – You can handle different timelines, teams and deliverables without breaking a sweat.Is process-driven but adaptable – You like improving workflows but can also pivot when needed.Has strong communication skills – You’re great at liaising between creatives, strategists, and clients.Understands marketing and creative production – You don’t need to be a designer, but you should understand how campaigns are built.Has experience with project management tools – ClickUp, Slack etc experience is a big plus.Requirements:3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or marketing coordination.Background inmarketing, events, music or creative industries is highly desirable.Strong familiarity withproject management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, or similar).Understanding ofcreative workflows for graphic design, video production, paid media and content marketing.Excellenttime management, prioritisation and organisational skills.Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.Ability toproblem solve and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.Nice-to-Haves:Experience working withmusic festivals, live events or entertainment brands.Familiarity withemail marketing, paid social and content marketing workflows.Experience working in asmall, fast growing team where you can shape processes.Why Join Call & Response?Join a growing agency: Be part of a small but dynamic team making an impact in the music and events industry.Work on exciting projects: Our clients are some of the biggest names in events, festivals, and entertainment.Help shape our processes: Your work will directly influence how we operate and scale.Opportunity for growth: As we scale, this role has the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position.
