Robert Half is proud to be partnering with this well-respected Not-For-Profit in the Health sector, which is currently in the midst of significant Digital projects as part of their Digital strategy. This role is reporting into the CFO. The role will work closely with the Finance and Technology experts across the organisation, and external stakeholders including vendors and support partners to deliver the successful implementation of a finance system.
The Role
This role represents an excellent opportunity to work with an organisation that is in an extremely exciting time, the Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of a number of new Finance systems. The candidate will be joining projects which are already underway and see them through to completion as the 'go to' person.
1. Pro-actively build and maintain good relationships with technology experts and finance stakeholders to align solutions with strategy and business outcomes
2. Collaborate with advisors, partners, suppliers, vendors, and subject matter experts
3. Provide constant guidance for the progress of the projects
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for any queries or concerns related to the finance system implementations.
5. Lead the implementation of Finance systems such as Payroll (ELMO), Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting Systems, and Credit Card reconciliation and personal expense claims systems
Your Profile
You are an immediately available Business Analyst with the following skills:
6. Systems Accountant Background - familiarity and ability to implement accounting systems
7. Experience with Finance systems such as Payroll, Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting Systems, and Credit Card reconciliation and personal expense claims systems
8. Proficiency in data migration, system testing, and documentation.
9. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders towards implementing multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong ability to be proactive and problem-solve for business problems and to drive fit-for-purpose recommendations.
11. Team oriented, with the ability to work flexibly in a small and fast-paced environment
12. Willingness to take direction and manage multiple competing priorities
13. Highly developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
