You will have good attention to detail, skills in administration, coordination and prioritisation, and successfully apply these within a dynamic HR team. Treasury is a small agency with broad HR roles enabling you to build capability across a broad range of operational HR activities.
Our ideal candidate will have on-the-job HR experience and be looking for a full-time role. Experience in a similar, fast-paced working environment such as administration or client service will be highly regarded. This may also be a good opportunity for a HR graduate with some administrative/HR work experience to broaden their repertoire.
Ideally, you will have an aptitude for digital technology to make our processes more efficient and contemporary. You will also be experienced in recruitment or learning and development operations.

Period of Appointment Permanent, flexible
Hours per fortnight Up to 73.5 hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.
