Job DescriptionAbout the role As the Injury Management Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of theRegionalWorkFocus team by managing some of our largest customers. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs. As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations Implement services as per Customer SLAs Coach team member to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
