Your new role
As an Industrialisation Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes and co-ordinate the various activities and departments to ensure industrial KPIs and deliverables are reached and achieved on time and on budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Investigating and reviewing the use of personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials to recommend improvements for best in industry process
* Analysing workforce utilisation, operational data, and production schedules.
* Establishing work measurement programs and managing KPIs.
* Ensuring the cost-effective use of resources in the construction, operation, and delivery of production
* Coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure seamless operations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* Experience in process improvement and understanding of the assembly process.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to work with international teams as part of your day-to-day
