This hands-on role requires your expertise in both video and static content creation, with a strong emphasis on short-form video, social media assets, and campaign content. Join us in crafting engaging narratives that empower women and resonate with audiences!Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:Create and edit high-volume social media content, including short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram postsParticipate in regular content shoots, both in-studio and on locationDevelop UGC-style content for various brand campaignsProduce and edit promotional video content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelinesSupport special campaign productions, including seasonal and brand-specific campaignsCoordinate with talent and UGC creators to enhance content qualityContribute to monthly content calendars and manage asset delivery schedulesStay up to date with market trends to facilitate creative optimisations and recommendationsNow, a bit about youProven experience (2+ years) in a production role, preferably in a digital marketing or social media agencyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)Experience using mobile editing apps (e.g., Capcut)Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teamsStrong content creation and editing capabilitiesUp-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in digital marketingLife at MamamiaWe're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
