Holmes Donnelly & Co Solicitors are seeking a career legal assistant / legal secretary to join our established administrative support team.
The successful candidate must be a professionally presented, well-spoken team player who works well under pressure and is able to interact with utmost professionalism. You must possess :

Duties include but are not limited to :
* Liaising with clients and other parties (incoming and outgoing calls and in person)
* Transcribe dictations, ensuring documents are free from typographical or grammatical errors, and adherence to the firm style guidelines
* Draft correspondence and other documents as instructed
* Preparation of briefs
* Diary management including diarising key dates and lead time reminders as required
* Outstanding invoices follow ups and sending invoices as required
* Organise, filing and maintain client files and documents (in both soft and hard copy), adhering to privacy and confidentiality guidelines
* Prepare legal forms, reports, briefing notes, and paperwork for lawyers
* Maintain Leap database cards and matters
* Indexing
* Court Filing
* Online searches
* Legal research
* PEXA transactions as required
* General administrative tasks as required
