Job Summary
This role offers recent finance graduates with up to 1 or 2 years prior experience the opportunity to join the Operations department and gain a strong grounding in fund registry, platform, and fund administration exposure.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools.
* Perform regular calculations and checks on incoming and outgoing payments/prices across all clients.
* Ensure payments are made to and collected from clients and communicate correctly with clients.
* Be aware of all operational aspects of the business and ensure it meets all operational requirements.
* Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and assist with trust account preparation.
* Contribute to process improvement and streamlining.
* Assist clients with any operational queries they may have.
Requirements
* Recent graduates in finance or similar with up to 1-2 years' experience in fund operations or registry ideal.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable with online business tools.
* Fast learner, as the platform is custom-developed and requires learning from scratch.
* Attention to detail, initiative, and accountability.
* Well-organised and structured approach to working.
* Great attitude, enthusiasm, and a team player.
