About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering information, education, and training focused on reproductive and sexual health within the sector. This includes the scheduled delivery of educational programs, ensuring that these programs are effectively evaluated for their impact and outcomes. You will maintain statistical data on the education programs delivered, systematically recording client and customer feedback evaluations to inform continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of program content for education, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of stakeholders and aligns with organisational goals.
Selection criteria:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in school based and/or community education and training; along with tertiary qualifications in education, social work/human services, health, community development or other related field.
* Sexual and reproductive health within a health promotion framework, including those with disabilities and people with complex needs.
* Skills in the development and evaluation of community education and training programs and resources for professionals.
* Strong written communication skills, including experience in writing reports, and stakeholder communications.
* Experience in consultation and collaboration with relevant government and community organisations; and the development of partnerships.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft and online learning systems.
