You will develop a deep understanding of the brand and marketing strategy, coordinating brand campaigns and activations in line with global brand guidelines.This is a permanent, full-time role based out of our Bondi Junction office with flexible working options available.Key Responsibilities: Act as the brand custodian, monitoring research and sales data, identifying challenges, and providing strategic recommendations.Develop and coordinate brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, and collaborating with PR, media agencies, ambassadors, and influencers.Support the execution of regional CRM and EDM strategies, managing the affiliate program and implementing loyalty initiatives.Manage website content, merchandising, and user journey, including briefing the global web team on updates and landing pages.Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, process invoices, and coordinate budgets.Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Trade Marketing, Media, Digital, sales, and finance.Foster relationships with global and regional marketing teams, as well as agency partners, call centre, and sales teams.About You: You will be passionate about all things marketing with a hunger for continuous improvement, always on the lookout for ways to stay ahead of the curve.
