Customer Support Officer Office based role in Woonona with onsite parking About the role: In this role, you will provide valuable and productive administration and customer service support to the Coal Services Health business unit. You will have the ability to work independently and multitask as your primary responsibility is to manage a busy reception area in our Woonona office where you will deal with customers for all our business units. You will be respectful towards customers and have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines to accurately respond to queries and report requests.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Reception duties including being the first point of contact for customers and/or clients Addressing any incoming emails Maintaining accurate information and file management About you: Your education, experience and skills will include:
HSC or TAFE equivalent Cert III in Business Administration (desirable) Previous administration experience (required), preferably in a reception area Experience in a medical practice or scheduling and appointment allocation (desirable) Ability to work in a team and independently with a focus on customer service excellence Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Friendly and professional outlook combined with a strong work ethic Discretion and the ability to keep information confidential Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Demonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture - we care, we work together, we make a difference What we offer: Check out our Benefits page to learn more about our Employee Value Proposition!
