As a fast-growing company, we're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help streamline our daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Position Overview: The Operations Coordinator will be critical in supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that all processes are efficient and organised.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: Attain a high level of proficiency with "Simpro", which is the service program we use for Job, Task and customer management.
Use these skills to integrate the business and customers fully.
Update and oversee Simpro's Customer portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the Service Manager and Technicians to effectively follow up and manage technician job cards.
Follow up and ensure timesheets are completed weekly for all service technicians Create and maintain current site asset registers and compliance certificates in consultation with the Service Manager and technicians.
Work closely with Management, OH&S Coordinator, Supervisor and Technicians to create Safe Work Method Statements (SWIMS) and assist in implementing OHSE systems and procedures Assist management in accounting tasks, including debtors and accounts receivables.
About You: Proven experience in office management or administration roles.
Strong proficiency in Simpro or similar service programs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Familiarity with accounting processes.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
Must be able to work autonomously.
