About the Role To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a PM Logistics Supervisor to join our Ingleburn branch. Mon to Fri – 10AM - 6PM Key responsibilities and duties: Drive a safety 1st culture of hazard and incident reporting. Use our safety platform to alert and investigate all safety incidents with ROC and HR support where needed. Assist to create a smooth daily schedule, in order for the team to work together to deliver optimal results and total customer service. Being responsible for specific runs and drivers as well as route management planning with daily reviews to improve efficiency. Effective and efficient management of all drivers, co-ordinators and schedulers. Aim for 95% of all deliveries to be completed every day. Ensure induction including 10 day training schedules, LMS and safety training of all employees occur in line with Supagas Induction & safety training. Ensure prestart checks are completed on every vehicle every day and that this process is regularly audited. Assist in the reduction of vehicle incidents. Fleet management of vehicles. Work closely in the management team to achieve delivery costs. Strong management of drivers around safety and performance using tools such as Zzoota, Ignition and Lytx. Manage the monthly/quarterly vehicle compliance checks as per Supagas policy. Logistics background needed. Previous gas industry experience advantageous but not essential. Intermediate level of computer skills is essential (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook). Proven leadership skills. Outstanding customer service and drive to promote continual improvement. Ability to work in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a safe working environment.
