About THE ROLE
Our CSR’s are pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too!
Possessing a natural ability in problem-solving & resolution, you will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales. You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role. It's a Delivery Driver - with a difference!
The main focus of this role includes:
1. Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers
2. Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them
3. 1 night away from home per week
4. Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites
5. Pick and pack your daily stock needs
6. Being a product knowledge superstar
7. Complete sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers!

Hours of work: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate).
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
1. Licensed to drive a manual vehicle
2. MR licenced or willing to obtain
3. Forklift licence preferable
4. Driven to learn new products and processes.
5. High attention to detail
6. Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)
7. Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities
8. Physically able to lift batteries as heavy lifting is involved. (in the range of 10-30 kgs – but don’t panic, we have lifting aids, trolleys etc.)
9. Good computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.
