With over 25 years as a local company, Midcoast Air enjoys strong customer loyalty and referrals, making your role more fulfilling and successful.Senior Administrative SupportKey Responsibilities:Assist our office team in scheduling and liaising jobs between the sales team, warehouse, installation, service teams, and account holders or end-users.Lead, direct, and coordinate the activities of field staff and subcontractors.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Schedule and prioritise service calls and jobs using SimPRO.Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to organise spare parts.Ensure the standard of all work in the field is of high quality and in accordance with approved work practices and standards.Process technician paperwork, including service work orders, quotes, and timesheets.Make changes to planned work schedules based on customer demands, priority levels, and capacity shifts.Prepare reports for management and customers on work status, recommending and carrying out corrective actions as required, and escalating issues when necessary.Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes.Experience & Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the service industry.Previous experience in scheduling using a CRM system is essential (experience with Simpro advantageous but not essential).Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.A gold standard phone manner that others will envy.Outstanding organisation and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong administrative skills and computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).A proactive and motivated attitude, with a desire to achieve targets.APPLICATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 28TH MARCH
