Full Time Salary position: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.
The position of Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen within Lasseters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service. Responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the kitchen area, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and providing training for all chefs within the section. The Sous Chef will report and communicate directly with the Executive Chef to enhance the organization's performance.
