About the Role Reporting directly to the Founder and Managing Director, the Researcher will play a key role in supporting the consulting team by providing high-quality market and candidate intelligence. The role's mission is to empower the team to deliver exceptional executive appointments while identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities. This position is critical to maintaining Goldrick's strong brand reputation as a trusted partner in leadership search and advisory.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and attract top talent for clients. Support client retention and new business development through insightful intelligence. Ensure data integrity to optimise assignment outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work while developing expertise in research and consultancy within a collaborative and high-performing team.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a purpose-driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in research, data analysis, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business, Business Analytics, or Human Sciences, and proven experience in research or consultancy, ideally within recruitment, executive search, or a related sector.
Familiarity with the natural resources or energy sectors is essential, along with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures and leadership dynamics. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in leveraging data systems and technology to deliver high-quality insights are critical to success in this role.
