This position involves preparing materials, setting up activity areas, and supervising children throughout the day. The educator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in indoor and outdoor play areas, ensuring the safety of equipment, and responding to minor injuries.Key aspects of the role include the following:Interact with children; all interactions have an educational role, being aware that children are learning attitudes, absorbing ideas, imitating language, and using the Educator as a model.
