Role details The Innovation and Redesign Unit at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Project Facilitator to join their team on a permanent basis.How to apply and for mandatory requirements regarding this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.Your opportunity To facilitate health system improvements through fundamental rethinking and redesign of core processes using well proven project and implementation science methodologies. Lead innovation and redesign activities/workshops and support ongoing projects by transferring knowledge to the staff at all levels of Mackay HHS. To promote the systematic uptake of clinical research findings and other evidence-based practices into routine practice, to improve the quality (effectiveness, reliability, safety, appropriateness, equity, efficiency) of health care at the Mackay HHS. To support the promotion, understanding and capability development in project and implementation science methodologies, whilst engaging key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in order to generate complex systems change within the Mackay HHS.
