Identify concerns in relation to allegations of abuse or neglect, if the adult has care and support needs and as a result of these needs unable to safeguard themselves. Work within adult social care and demonstrate an ability to undertake Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, and safeguarding adult enquiries. Safeguard and promote the welfare of adults at risk and their families/carers alongside implementing the Making Safeguarding Personal and strengths-based approach to safeguarding adults. Report writing. Home Visits. Liaise with other professionals. 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation). 2 Month Temporary Contract. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.
