Psychosocial Recovery Worker & Lived Experience Psychosocial Recovery Worker
SCHADS Level 4 and 0.6- 1.0fte
Based in Murray Bridge.
The successful candidates will provide recovery-orientated psychosocial support to individuals who have not evaluated their eligibility or have been declared ineligible for National Disability Insurance Scheme services. These services are delivered throughout the Southern area of the Riverland Mallee and Coorong regions. Connections and knowledge of existing service providers and available resources in this area is highly desirable. Support services include home based outreach and connection of clients with their local community. These roles to work within the Non-Acute Psychosocial Support Service NAPSS and Intensive Crisis Support Service ICSS program.
Psychosocial Recovery Workers will work assist in the development, delivery and evaluation of these high quality programs.
The Psychosocial Recovery Worker typically works during regular business hours, although some evenings and weekend work will likely be required and paid in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS) 2010.

Requirements for Success
* A tertiary qualification relevant to mental health or community services and/or adaptable skills and experience in those areas.
* Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail. Highly effective oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
* Sound knowledge and awareness of mental health challenges
* Capacity to work both autonomously and within teams
* Experience with person centred and recovery oriented frameworks
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs and relevant software
* DHS Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check – Apply Here
* Current SA Drivers Licence and willingness to use own registered, insured vehicle
* Understanding of NDIS application process desirable
