As a Services Supervisor, you'll lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring our Service Promise is upheld across both Valet and Suite services.Key Responsibilities:Valet Parking: For many of our customers, the valet parking experience is both the first and last impression of their visit to our Westfield living centres, making the role of Valet Parking Supervisor crucial to our success. You’ll be responsible for managing the physical environment, overseeing people, processes, and ensuring the smooth commercial and technical operations of this business unit.Suite: As part of the team, you’ll take charge of generating new business leads, managing the Suite calendar and executing seamless events. These include corporate meetings, internal events, and special occasions like bridal showers. You’ll also take charge of managing stylist bookings and collaborating with marketing to deliver high impact Suite events.Lead, coach and develop our teams to deliver amazing customer experiences daily.Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest level within the service teams by ensuring all team members are aware of requirements, monitoring customer complaints, providing training and coaching on service levels.Rostering and budget management.This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday roster, plus a commitment to working one weekend per month.What sets you apartAbility to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve top performance.Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and promoting a customer-first approach.Experience managing processes, environments, and technical operations in a service-based business.Knowledge of income targets and experience in contributing to revenue growth.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage various tasks flexibly.About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
