Description
1. Provide general administrative support
2. Facilitate / Manage the section's reporting process or the Election Readiness Road Map (ERRM)
3. Provide secretariat support for various working groups for each team within SCM including setting up of meeting's, preparing minutes and or meeting notes and follow up correspondence
4. Review monthly financial reporting using internal Financial Management System - Tech One
5. Maintain and update SCM's information sharing pages including SharePoint and the Intranet
6. Direct non-routine enquiries to the appropriate staff member and follow up completion
7. Manage and maintain records and information
8. Undertake additional routine and basic tasks as required
Profile
9. Ability to time manage and prioritise activity workflows in a fast-paced environment.
10. High level skills in written and verbal communication, and proven ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders
11. Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
12. Experience in secretariat support
13. Proven ability in dealing with internal communications
14. Experience in financial analysis and reporting
15. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
