About the Role:
As the Corporate Receptionist, you will support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks, diary coordination, events, reception duties and maintenance. This position is the linchpin for ensuring the high-functioning management team and workplace runs smoothly. You will be the glue that keeps the office running!
This role is perfect for someone who is organised and detail-oriented with great communication skills. A proactive problem solver who is adaptable, confident and customer service oriented.
You will find enjoyment in maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. You are a positive person who enjoys being part of a close team and is looking to play a strong role in the day-to-day office functions, team culture and business growth strategy. You will be adaptable to different environments and eager to work on projects with more of a strategic approach.
About You
* At least 2 years of administration / corporate reception experience is preferable.
* A diploma or minimum Certificate 3 in Business Administration is preferable.
* Excellent time management and multi-talking abilities
* Effective communicator and able to liaise with a range of stakeholders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* The ability to learn new systems and programs quickly and effectively
* The ability to work independently and show initiative
* Sound problem-solving skills and knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Office Suite
Responsibilities:
* Attend to office phone line & inbox, ensuring timely response and keeping the inbox clear
* Supporting senior leadership team with high level documentation and administrative duties
* Ensuring all office supplies are up to date
* Attend and take minutes at monthly meetings.
* Working on various projects
* Arranging maintenance across entire office
* Welcoming guests and clients
