As the Senior Service Improvement Lead, you'll strengthen the BI/SI function, championing a culture of excellence.
Empower staff with powerful methodologies and tools, providing expert guidance to ensure the impactful and sustainable delivery of key university initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:Developing Improvement Skills: Provide expert coaching and training to build university-wide capability in improvement methodologies.Supporting Value-Driven Projects: Contribute to initiatives that enhance university processes and deliver measurable value.Ensuring Sustainable Impact: Champion improvements aligned with university goals, guaranteeing long-term results.Empowering Through Training: Design and deliver targeted training to equip staff with essential improvement skills.You may be a great fit if:We are seeking a passionate and skilled improvement leader with deep expertise in service, process, and business methodologies, and a proven track record in complex environments.
This individual will be a strategic problem-solver, adept at data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and driving sustainable change.
They will be a compelling communicator and trainer, empowering stakeholders through engaging workshops and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
