About Your Opportunity
Reporting to our Supervisor Client Services, you will coordinate the Client Services team to ensure the professional, courteous, and timely support to Seqwater staff and facilitate the effective, efficient, and timely delivery, or restoration, of digital services, both OT and ICT.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate the Service Desk to ensure prompt, courteous support and efficient delivery of Digital Services. Handle escalations and maintain service standards.
* Manage tickets to meet targets and SLAs, acting as the link between users, technical teams, and service providers for quick resolutions.
* Drive process improvements and share knowledge to enhance service delivery.
* Provide technical support and administration for hardware, software, network, printers, and devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in an information technology discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in desktop support, including an understanding of security issues, network, and user account administration.
* Excellent customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage competing demands to deliver agreed service targets and standards.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software applications, operating systems, and associated peripherals; and a demonstrated knowledge of current ICT technologies, standards, and services
* Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in prioritising workloads, delegating tasks, meeting deadlines, and negotiating priorities with customers.
This position has a salary range of $104,668.84 - $115,102.18 (dependent on experience) plus 12.75% superannuation.
