Grosvenor is looking for Managers (minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of professional services experience).
The individual will work as a member of the Sydney team (applicants for our Melbourne and Canberra offices will also be considered). Our environment is very collaborative, and we have people in the office three days a week.
We are looking for candidates that have the right cultural and experiential fit with Grosvenor. The ideal applicants will demonstrate:
* experience in at least one of the following areas:
• property / corporate real estate advisory
• procurement / contract management
• public sector advisory (strategy, operating models, change management, program evaluation, governance and/or service delivery improvement)
* strong problem-solving skills
* a relentless focus on quality thinking
* high attention to detail
* a growth mindset, underpinned by a willingness to learn and admit mistakes
* willingness to participate, support and encourage your teammates
* experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* experience delivering successful projects on behalf of clients, including managing multiple projects
* strong communication (both written and oral) and stakeholder engagement skills
* the ability to quickly build lasting, trusting relationships with our team and clients, demonstrating impeccable soft skills and emotional intelligence to understand and adapt to changing situations quickly
* a flexible, friendly, proactive, and fun attitude
