We have an exciting opportunity for a self-employed or full-time mortgage broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with an MPA Top 100 Broker to build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand within the industry. You will receive full support from our operations and marketing teams, alongside ongoing coaching, sales training, and a steady stream of leads. We also offer plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth through various learning and development options.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are updated on application progress, and proactively addressing any documentation needs.Collaborate with Industry Professionals: Work closely with conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, and valuers to facilitate smooth loan processing.Document Verification: Ensure that all documentation is accurate, valid, and compliant with relevant policies and legislation.Product Knowledge: Stay current with loan products, policies, and industry regulations to offer informed advice to clients.Referral Network Development: Build and maintain your own referral network.
