Full time $150K (including super) + Car Allowance + incentive = Total Financial Remuneration (TFR) PackageBe part of the exciting change aheadBased in Richmond with off street parkingAbout Us: First National Real Estate is a leading network of real estate offices across Australia.We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our members, ensuring their growth and success.Our core values include Customer Focus, Transparency, Collaboration, Community, Accountability, and Communication.About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Network Growth Manager to join our team.This role is pivotal in expanding our network of offices throughout Australia.The successful candidate will have significant business development acumen and will be responsible for high levels of member acquisition and potentially business merger activities.Key Responsibilities: Membership Growth and Acquisition: Lead in developing and executing strategies to expand the membership community in line with First National's strategic goals.Ensure membership acquisition and sound account management.Develop criteria for selecting suitable new members.Establish priority recruitment markets and expansion locations.Document network growth targets over a 3-year horizon.Refine our brand's attraction proposition.Create a recruitment toolbox.Utilise data-driven approaches to attract new members.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive membership growth.Collaborate on the creation of a business induction and member retention program.Prepare and present monthly network growth reports.Business Development | Client Acquisition: Conduct advanced business development activities including outreach, presentations, and negotiations to identify and secure new members.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective members.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as current members, performance partners, and potential members.Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to member, working closely with the Member Services team and Regional Managers.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Represent First National at industry events and conferences to promote membership growth.Skills and Experience Required: Experience: Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and network growth.Experience in a membership or network-based organisation is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in driving membership growth and achieving targets.Real Estate Industry experience is a plus.Qualifications: A degree in management, business administration, marketing or communications is required, along with any relevant professional memberships.Skills and Abilities: Strong business development and client acquisition skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - an influential and collaborative style to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Personal Qualities: Proactive and results oriented.Strong leadership and influencing skills.High level of integrity and professionalism.High energy and hunger for success.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Sense of fun and humour.Special Requirements: Flexibility with priorities and workloads.Travel within Australia as required to meet with prospective members and attend meetings and conferences.Current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle for work.National Police Check required (Bankruptcy/Fraud/Other).Key Systems and Equipment Usage: Microsoft Office SuiteFN Central (corporate intranet)Utopia (proprietary e-mail marketing software)Location: Based at our National Support Office (NSO) in Richmond, Victoria.You will work closely with the Member Director, Executive Leadership team (ELT), and NSO employees.You will also manage relationships with members, performance partners, and other stakeholders.Some travel will be required locally, regionally, and interstate with occasional attendance at overseas conventions.Why Join Us?
