Consistently awarded as 1 of the Top Fortune 100 companies to work for Flexible Remote/WFH setup; Preferably based in Sydney or Melbourne Maternity Leave cover for initial 2 mos (with contract extension up to 12 mos) We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Program Specialist with strong Marketing Events & Logistics experience to join the Global Partnerships and Channels team for 1 of the Top Cloud/Saas companies in the world What you're exciting days will look like: We are looking for a self-starter to design and execute end to end in-person and virtual enablement events for our client's partner community, and will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring impactful events that drive partner engagement and success. The ideal candidate will be able to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, strategise and execute on engaging partner events, from design to delivery utilising project management tactics Assist in the event planning & strategy and manage all aspects of event execution, from design to delivery. Create registration pages, email marketing communications, graphics, banners, landing pages, and other assets to promote events and boost attendance. Leverage data analytics to measure event success and identify areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes. Develop innovative ways to connect with partners and enhance their overall experience. In order to be successful in this role, you will have: 5 years of Marketing Events & Logistics experience in partner ecosystem organisations preferably within the Tech/Software industry, with a proven track record of delivering & executing successful enablement programs. Hands-on experience managing both virtual & in person events Passionate in building strong partnerships and driving positive outcomes. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex events with multiple stakeholders. A self-starter mindset with the ability to problem-solve and innovate in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration & teamwork skills & experienced working with virtual global teams. Must have strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT) Well versed with Zoom, On24 and Event management software (e.g Swoogo ) or similar tools Knowledgeable with survey design and analytics would be an advantage What's Next?
