Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Major Functions
1. Taking instructions from clients concerning their estate planning specific to their unique circumstances and preferences.
2. Preparing, reviewing, and updating legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
3. Working collaboratively with estate planners within the legal team to ensure high-quality service.
4. Coordinating and performing administrative tasks related to estate planning, such as document management, filing, and correspondence with clients and other relevant parties.
5. Facilitating smooth and timely client appointments, including scheduling, preparation of necessary materials, and follow-ups.
Requirements
6. Admission or qualification and entitlement to admission as a Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
7. The Head of State Service has determined that the person nominated for this vacancy is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
