Senior Sous Chef Are you looking for the ultimate 'vine' change?Yes!Then look no further, this job is the one for you.About us.All Saints Estate, St Leonards Vineyard, Mount Ophir Estate and Thousand Pound Wine Bar & Store form one of the largest wine, tourism, and hospitality groups in Northeast Victoria.All Saints Estate and associated companies are family-owned and strive to be globally renowned for crafting enviable experiences with an unmistakable personal touch.They provide customer excellence in sophisticated and iconic venues in a stunning rural environment.A new Era for All Saints Estate All Saints Estate Pty Ltd has recently completed a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of its Chef Hat restaurant, and Cellar Door, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Sous Chef to join our team.Based in the regional town of Wahgunyah, this is a full-time, hands-on role, working under the guidance of our Executive Chef, Jack Cassidy, to assist with managing daily kitchen operations.All Saints Estate has been providing premium wines and food through our restaurants, café & wine bar, and at our wedding functions and events for many years.Our food and wine are integral parts of the business, and we have great pride in the quality of the menus that we are able to produce.Our chefs contribute at every level across the business and the work is both creative and varied.We are very proud of the standard we achieve and the consistency of our work from preparing tastefully matched menus in our restaurants and wine bar, to preparing the menus for our many brides and grooms that choose to have their wedding functions here at All Saints Estate.About you 3+ years' experience in a similar role.Exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.A love of food and wine, and a confident, adaptive and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation.A great communicator with strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks.Professional presentation, positive attitude, punctuality & reliability.Budget skills to understand and manage food and kitchen-related expenses.Inventory Management to control costs.Experience as a Pizza Chef desirable.Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
