Perpetual Private (PP) is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be focused on the end-to-end development and delivery of all Managed Accounts (MA) and intermediary investment advice offer marketing requirements, including developing brand presence and providing consistent messaging across all client communications.
As a Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to assist with Business Development, delivering marketing campaigns and engaging with industry specialists.
The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private – Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life – offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations, external financial advice firms and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

1. Develop clear, results orientated marketing strategies and activity schedule with buy-in from all key stakeholders
2. Grow qualified leads, opportunities, clients, FUM and revenue for PP’s Managed Accounts and intermediary investment advice offer
3. Deliver innovative marketing programs including end to end campaign management, and work closely with other teams, to increase sales conversion rates
4. Support delivery of investment commentary and content for Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents and tender presentations for potential clients.
5. Develop and drive comprehensive strategies to attract, nurture, acquire and retain clients who stand to benefit from PP’s Managed Accounts and investment advice offer
6. Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of specific team / industry specialisation campaigns
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
7. Tertiary qualifications in marketing and / or communications
8. Min 5 years’ experience in a similar hands on / specialist role within a financial services environment (e.g. financial advice, investments or specifically working with Managed Accounts)
9. Preferable to have existing knowledge of Australian Managed Accounts key market participants and structure and experience in pitch and tender development
10. Results-driven, high-performing individual with excellent planning skills and attention to detail
11. Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills
