Our client is looking for a bright, ambitious professional with around 6 to 10 years experience who can take responsibility for leading projects in the $5M to $20M range. With a busy start already underway for 2025, this group has a range of quality education and community based projects in various stages. Based on this, we're looking for someone with strong all-round skills, who can be a part of early stages master planning and support Associates right through all delivery stages until site completion. This studio believes it's important to have client facing involvement for their key team members, so the opportunity to develop your client facing skills will set this role apart from many others. With a focus on overall delivery of projects, you'll gain broad exposure and take on strong levels of responsibility. It would be ideal if you're capable of leading a small team and developing the skills and experience of those around you. Projects will be supported by a strong technical documentation team, so although Revit based documentation is a key aspect of the role, the focus will be on delivery. It's expected that you've already supported a Project Architect across all stages of a project, and you're at a stage in your career where you're keen to join an environment that can support your growth.
