This role will see you providing quality, person-centred care to all residents (including those with higher needs and challenging behaviours). The focus of this role is to enhance the quality of life for our residents by building independence, supporting their emotional needs and providing quality, individually tailored support. Your ability to forge strong working relationships will also see you thrive!This role is on offer for 72 hours per fortnight and reports to our Wellness Team Leader.
